Hennessey Venom 5 2019 Interior
A race car is one expected to match a luxurious interior to fit and match its standards. We expect the Venom F5 to have a breathtaking interior and offer comfy and safety to its occupants. The interior specs are still unclear but it’s expected to feature a leather and aluminum trim. Based on Venom GT, we are likely to see a few similarities on the inside of a cabin that may include a nice cabin space with a leg room comfy enough for all the passengers.
The supercar is also expected to feature the best possible materials like leather upholstery, Alcantara as well as carbon fiber trims and ultra-light aluminum. Other gadgets that may be included include a portable touchscreen and digital instrumentation behind the steering navigation. We also expect a fancy door operation with an advancement such as a gullwing hinge to provide a sporty-racing look.
2019 Hennessey Venom 5 Exterior
The Venom F5 will be slightly lower than the Venom GT but similarly the same length. The exterior features a sharp-lines design approach with active aero elements. This design give F5 fantastic drag coefficient of 0.33.
Hennessey introduced the advanced computational fluid dynamic calculations commonly known as CFD to enable the Venom F5 to navigate the air as fast and swift as possible. The features which make this possible include; a flat underfloor with super wing elements that combine together to propel the speed. This makes it relatively more streamlined than the previous Venom GT. Though Hennessey did not disclose details on its downforce, we sure expect the new Venom to stick at speed.
The car’s entire body was made of carbon fiber which makes it extremely lightweight translating to a higher speed. It has Micheline Pilot Sports Cup two tires models for a classy racing car, for breaking it uses the carbon-ceramic material.
Powered by an twin-turbo 7.4 L V-8 which gives up to 1,600 ponies and 1,300 lb-ft of torque. The Venom F5 engine comes with a 7-speed single clutch transmission with paddle shifters. The drivetrain powers only the rear wheels. It is said to be capable of accelerating the 2,950-pound of weight to 186 mph from a position in less than 10 seconds.
From 0-249 mph its sprint roughly in below 30 seconds and amazingly, top speed will exceed 300 mph.
