The 2017 Emtech Cambridge, MA began on November 6 with the unveiling of Terzo Millennio by the Italian giant Lamborghini. The car is said to be a “baby” of the partnership between Lamborghini and the MIT. This union should last for three years, and this concept is the first product made by those two in the first year.
Although the Concept features are invisible, the vehicle has a low center of gravity, wide-body design with the brand’s trademark. The upcoming generation of Lamborghini could be turning point in the future, considering it uses electric energy, with latest super-powered batteries.
About the interior, little is known on the kind of interior to expect on the Terzo concept. What we do know however is that the concept is a two seater which only translates to spacious passenger seats comfy enough for the driver and the occupant.
Knowing Lamborghini as a vocal vehicle brand, we expect a one of a kind design with a kind of advanced AI interface that will aid driver assistance.

Lamborghini Terzo Millennio Concept Exterior
When it comes to its exterior, the Italian supercar giant never goes wrong. The Terzo Millennio concept is more than just a beautiful fancy car. Behind every aerodynamic detail to the new concept, there is a purpose. From the huge LMP1 style wheel arches, the wind windshield and the carbon fiber panels that easily project in all areas of the concept.
On the front section, there are touches of Lamborghini’s tailoring DNA. It is exciting to note that the windshield spreads all the way to the same level as the headlights. Each of its wheels is uniquely designed around a motor to keep its body and powertrain separate.
The Terzo Millennio is 42.5 inches / less than 1.1 m high, which is one of the lowest cars ever made It has enlarged Y-shaped headlights. With a mid-size length, the Terzo concept features two gills on each side.
There is expected to be some advancement of technology too with a hand from MIT’s technology. Most notable being the supercapacitor energy storage technology. MIT and Lamborghini are partnering to produce a sports car that will take the role of the main battery with a bigger ability to recharge and discharge easily.

Like almost every sports car, Lamborghini also; the Terzo concept is expected to be an all wheel drive, though it’s in-wheel electric motor system. If you’re thinking about numbers, then it’s disappointing to note that neither Lamborghini nor MIT have any exact power figures concerning the Terzo concept.
The Terzo Millennio concept will be fully electric. It is said that Lamborghini and MIT want carbon fiber layers that take the place of a series of supercapacitors.
The Lamborghini Terzo concept’s design is expected to be the super sport car of the 3rd millennium but as with most concept vehicles, its still still difficult to measure its effectiveness. Its still early to tell if these features will come to be but we can only wait for its production and release by the end of the year.
As an established automotive industry, Lamborghini can only work to match up to its customer’s expectations to deliver the classy and sporty Terzo.
